Shipping PolicyAWANZY ships orders to customers in the United States. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guarantees.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Estimated delivery times

  • Items fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse: approximately 3-8 business days after processing.
  • Items fulfilled from an international warehouse: approximately 7-20 business days after processing.

The applicable estimate may vary by product, inventory location, destination, carrier capacity, severe weather, customs review, and peak-season demand. If an order contains products from different fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges and taxes

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping offers apply only when specifically shown on the product page, cart, or checkout. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import charges that are not collected at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update after a label is created. Contact us if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days or if the estimated delivery window has passed.

Address changes and undeliverable packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Email us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional charges may apply when a package is returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@awanzye.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution when approved.
